After your payment is complete, we will start processing your order within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, and any order placed during non-business hours will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment and find out its status and location.

Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the United States.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority to deliver our products.

USPS estimates an average delivery time of 3 to 5 business days after the shipment is sent. However, please note that this is not guaranteed.

No, the delivery date provided by the tracking number is an estimate, not a guarantee. Sometimes packages may arrive earlier or later than expected. If your package is late, please wait for 4 additional business days beyond your expected delivery date before contacting us.

If you need to change your shipping address, please log into your account on thirstylotus.com as soon as possible and make the necessary edits. If your order has already begun processing for shipping, it may not be possible to change the address.

If your tracking number says that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please check around the outside of your house or with a neighbor or leasing office. If you still can’t locate your package, please contact your local post office for further assistance.

We only have access to the same tracking information that was sent to you at the time your order was shipped. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local post office for additional information and assistance.

If your package was shipped to the correct address that you entered at checkout and it was not our error, we are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. In such a case, you are not eligible for a refund or chargeback on the products contained in the missing package or the shipping fee. However, if the issue was caused by us, we will gladly issue you a full refund.

No, you do not need to be present to sign for the package. Delivery will not require a signature.

If your package is undeliverable for any reason and is returned to us, we will refund everything except for the shipping costs you paid at the time of the order. If you want us to send the same order to a different address, you will have to pay for the shipping costs to the new address.

We do not offer international shipping.

At this time, we only process orders and ship to addresses within the United States.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
