We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged or defective or there may be an error on our part during the preparation of your order or the shipping process and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds, except in cases where there was an error on our part. If you receive a damaged or defective product or the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the product that clearly shows the issues. Once we have received your request, we will review it and, if it was our error, we will issue a replacement or refund for the product. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely, but we cannot control the handling of the package by the carrier.
